Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees. We will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Unless special arrangements have been made prior to your appointment, payment is expected at the time treatment is rendered. For your convenience we accept all major credit cards. Financing options are available through CareCredit.
Additionally, we will submit all dental insurance claims for you as a courtesy as long as we are provided with the current and complete information required to submit the insurance. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
