We’ve been busy out in the community this summer from volunteering our dental services to running 5K races. Here’s a little bit more about what we’ve been up to at Kids Teeth:
Hootie’s Homegrown Roundup – Saturday, August 12th, 2017

Dr. Mike, Pediatric Dentist at Kids Teeth
Rock band Hootie & The Blowfish has become synonymous with helping kids in the Lowcountry get ready to head back to the classroom. Hootie’s Homegrown Roundup provides essential services such as haircuts and dental exams as well as back-to-school supplies for more than 1,600 local students. Each year, Kids Teeth steps in to offer free dental exams as part of the roundup. We have been volunteering our dental services since the band started its concert on Daniel Island and corresponding school supply drive eleven years ago.
R(un) for One one – Saturday, August 19, 2017

Kids Teeth team members – Susan, Belinda, Tiffany
Runners from around the world joined together on Saturday, August 19th to support (un)adopted, a ministry of Lifeline Children’s Services. (Un)adopted exists to provide hope and a future for orphans around the world by facilitating a safe environment to disciple and equip children in need. Kids Teeth was a proud supporter and participant of this 5K run. On that same day, 1,440 people ran in 45 states and 7 countries around the world. $128,876 was raised to support (un)adopted children in more than 10 countries.
