Sophie Nichols – 2017 Calendar Contest Winner
CALLING ALL ARTISTS!!!!
Each year we invite our patients to share their creative talents by entering our annual calendar contest. To enter the contest, ask your child to draw a picture of their visit to the dentist on an 8 1/2″ x 11″ sheet of paper (LANDSCAPE ONLY PLEASE). To get their creative juices flowing, ask them to depict one of the following items:
- Describe your last visit to the dentist.
- How do you take care of your teeth?
- What keeps your teeth strong and healthy?
- Share your favorite dental tip.
To be eligible to win, entries must be received by Friday, October 20th at either of our two Mt. Pleasant locations. Each drawing must also include a completed Calendar Contest Entry Form with the child’s full name, age, phone number and your email address. All winners will be selected by a panel of judges and announced on our Facebook page on Wednesday, October 25th.
After winners are selected, 14 lucky artists will be featured in the calendar and win a pass to the James Island Festival of Lights, a framed copy of their artwork, and a copy of the calendar. Eight honorable mention winners will be featured in a special section of our calendar and win a framed copy of their artwork along with a copy of the calendar. All winners will also be featured in a blog post and many of the submitted artworks will be shared online, through our website and on social media*.
We get hundreds of entries to this contest each year and we absolutely LOVE seeing your child’s imagination come to life through their artwork. We can’t wait to see what they come up with!! In the meantime, check out last winners on our Facebook page for some inspiration.
*By entering, you grant Kids Teeth permission to use your child’s artwork. Credit to artist will be included.
